It is important to have a conversation with your loved ones now to understand their wishes about treatment options, care and end of life issues. Have the difficult talks now to make it less stressful for everyone if a life-threatening situation arises.

Our Coalition of healthcare experts, hospice providers, attorneys, funerary directors and community service providers allows us to address a wide range of concerns regarding end-of-life planning. Our group provides education and resources to professionals and families, including exclusive content for members.


We are here to help you have the tough - but necessary - conversations to make sure that the end of your life is what you want it to be.


Membership meetings are the 4th Tuesday of each month at 8:30AM. Meetings are currently being held on Zoom until further notice.
